I have been a patient at Lamprey Health for the last 6 years. The doctors and staff are all understanding, kind, caring and helpful. With three office locations open daily and the Raymond office being open on Sunday as well, they are always able to fit me in when something unexpected comes up. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new primary care doctor.
I ended up switching to a midwife in Nashua and I could not have been happier! There was an immediate change in the level of respect I received after leaving Lamprey. Not only that but the practice at lamprey is outdated.
I had a great experience at Lamprey Healthcare. Even though I was a new patient, they managed to get me in right away because of an issue I was having. I have a serious auto immune disease that I have been struggling with for many years and Dr. Braun was compassionate, interested and concerned. In the past, ive had doctors who just didn't seem to care and did not help at all when I was in excruciating pain. Living with constant pain is a daunting existence for many reasons. I am so grateful to have finally found a doctor that is competent and caring, it means so much to my quality life and gives me hope that I have someone looking out for my best interest. Dr. Braun also had a wonderful assistant who is patient, kind and truly listens to my concerns. Thank you both so much!
Dr. Freidricks delivered our son and is his PCP. He is great with Our son and answers our questions. We always get an appointment as soon as we call and they are all very pleasant.
Dr. Friedrichs was who my mother recommended I see when I was pregnant, because he was the same doctor who delivered me and my youngest brother, and who she recalled was her favorite of the bunch. I can not say anything about the other doctors or nurses (so this is the ONLY reason I am giving them 3 stars and not 1), but Dr. Friedrichs and the nurse I saw were very unprofessional and made me extremely uncomfortable.
Dr. Friedrichs called me a "kid" in a very negative and insulting way. I would have understood under certain circumstances calling someone "kid" would be something friendly and endearing, however this was not the case. I was 24 at the time, but both married and a professional- not a kid in any way. I don't like being treated like one, especially while pregnant. This was the worst of his offense, but not the only one. It still bothers me thinking about the way both the doctor and nurses treated me.
Handed in my application for becoming a new patient. Didn't hear from them after a week or so, called and left a message with Ginger. There was no reply. Called again after another week, no reply again. I was polite and respectful, but they cannot be bothered.
